I love to BaRTeR

ToDAY I had a GR*8 time at a booth event! I was able to share scentsy
with many people who had never heard of it! BUT my highlight of the day was
Bartering a scentsy warmer and wax for a pair of authentic OPAL earrings for a gift for
MOTHERS DAY ! I have fun going to booth events but have to be careful not to
look at all the other vendors for fear I will want to buy all their stuff! That is where the fun of bartering comes in!!! I love to see what I can trade for!!

I've traded dance lessons for my daughter, Vinyl stickers, Makeup, Massages, pedicures, manicures, jewelry, children's books, clothing, and even food! I love to see what I can get! It helps both parties out! :)

yeah!! i AM SO EXCITED!! i Just found out I get a spa day paid by SCENTSY the day before convention 2009! They are letting us pick two treatments between a pedicure, manicure, and massage along with putting us up in a hotel the night before! Then we get to go to dinner following the pampering with our hubby's! i love scentsy!! They treat us so good:) I have chosen a massage and pedicure! Can't wait!!!! It's all part of earning the privilege of being in the Scentsy Founder Circle! I am so happy I worked so hard to earn this award and honor! I love being spoiled!!!! Somebody needed to do it!

New To BLogging!

I am new to blogging .......I tried it once before and didn't get too far! I have come farther tonight! So here we go! I am sharing my Scentsy story in hopes of helping others who may need a boost to see that it can be done! GOOD LUCK TO ALL! I hope to hear back from some of you! Scentsy's New Challenges!

Newest Challenge from Scentsy is an Alaskan Cruise! I am on track but don't know for sure if I will win this one! Life has away of throwing curve balls! So we will see how it goes! WISH me LUCK! The cruise will be during hunting season....which is a crazy time around here! I am already a deer widow so why not go to Alaska Right?
The Trip CONTEST is between MARCH and JUNE. Top achievers will be awarded the honor of Scentsy Founders Circle! ( Glad I already have that one! Less pressure to WIN!) Earning the trip depends on how much one sells and recruits.................WISH ME LUCK!!!

WHAT"S NEXT WITH SCENTSY?

What's NEXT?

I have earned a trip with Scentsy to take my husband to Canada! We can't wait for some time away with the other trip earners in JUNE 2009! We haven't had a vacation without our kids and are looking to an all expense paid trip with Scentsy to CANADA!!!

Scentsy Convention 2008 was Gr*8 can't wait to Shine in 2009!

I didn't really know anyone when I went to the scentsy convention in Idaho. I had met my director and some of my team but didn't really know them! I was excited to learn as much as I could! I signed up for Convention, booked a flight and room in Idaho!

Once I got there it was like joining a Family Reunion. Everyone was so kind. I even ended giving up my room and sharing with complete strangers who became my new best friends! We shared Scentsy success and failures. What has worked for us and what has fraustrated us. It was a time to strenthen others and share each of our stories of Scentsy. I can't wait for this years REUNION with my SCENTSY FAMILY!

WITH LEADERSHIP COMES FUN FUN FUN!!

In Jan 2009 Scentsy took Directors on a Cruise to Mexico for training. On board we met other directors while attending seminars which were meant for us to learn how to grow our teams and business!

We really did do some training in between stopping for shopping,lunch, and a whale watching adventure in Catalina Island, CA! Our journey then took us to Ensenada, Mexico for the famous Blowhole tour! Along with carne asada burritos, my hair in braids and all kinds of other adventures!:)

The memories are wonderful but nothing is better than the friendships made with all the other directors. These friendships are not only meant to help with our business but help with our daily life as well. I LOVE MY SCENTSY SISTERS!
